  I helped a friend adopt a dog from here. I feel we were mislead about the animal. After she paid for the dog and was walking out the door, the staff forgot his was sick, with Lyme's, and had to go find his medication. His nails were incredibly long, the inside of his ears were so dirty, and he needed a bath before entering her home. They didn't provide a fenced in area to do a meet and greet with her current dog so we chose to walk them around (by the dumpster) to see if they were a good fit. The staff seemed caring but definitely not as organized as other shelters I work with.
